Coronavirus: Nigeria hits new single day highest case of 779, figure jumps to 24,077

 

Nigeria’s coronavirus cases has jumped to 24,077 with an all high single infection of 779 on Saturday 27 July, 2020.

According to the figure released by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control NCDC, Lagos recorded 285 new cases, 68 in Rivers, 60 in FCT, 60 in Edo, 56 in Enugu, 47 in Delta, 42 in Ebonyi and 41.

Others are in Oyo, 19 in Kaduna, 18 in Ogun, 16 in Ondo, 12 in Imo, 11 in Sokoto, 9 in Borno, 8 in Nasarawa, 5 in Abia, 5 in Gombe, 5 in Kebbi, 4 in Kano, 3 in Yobe, 3 in Ekiti and 2 in Osun.

Nigeria now has  558 victims who have died from the coronavirus.
