Suspected armed robbers on Saturday, killed the newly ordained, first indigene of Abuja to be ordained Catholic Priest for Abuja Archdiocese, Father Michael Akawu.
Father Akawu was shot dead at a supermarket in Gwagwalada on Saturday, where he had gone to shop
Tributes have been pouring in for Fr. Akawu who was ordained a priest on February 4th, 2017.
As at the time of filing this report, it was not clear if the police have made any arrest of the suspected gunmen.
