Joe Igbokwe begs presidency to phone him after FFK met with Buhari over defection

All Progressives Party chieftain Joe Igbokwe has lament his apparent neglect by his party and the presidency in spite of his loyalty to the party.

Igbokwe made allusion to the meeting of Femi Fani Kayode and President Muhammadu Buhari after the latter’s defection to the ruling APC moaning that his loyalty to APC is being tested.

Fani-Kayode on Thursday, September 16, defected to the ruling APC party. He was welcomed by President Muhammadu Buhari at the Aso Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Igbokwe expressed outrage after Femi Fani-Kayode got to meet President Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja after he defected to the APC.

He took to his Facebook handle to complain that despite how he pushes for APC, he has never received a phone call from Abuja, let alone get an invitation to meet with Buhari, yet Fani-Kayode was given a red carpet welcome.

“Despite all my push for APC, Abuja has not given me a phone talk less of inviting me for coffee with the C-in-C. But here is a political charlatan and prostitute being given a red carpet in the seat of power, Abuja,” he wrote.
